Policies and Terms of Sale

Privacy Policy: Bani Bands does not share any email addresses or other information of our customers.  We may on occasion work together with other companies during promotions and in those cases the participating companies share information collected from participating customers.  

Shipping:  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested.  Orders will be shipped from Gardnerville, NV. Shipping charges are based on the estimated weight of your order and shipping location. You are able to approve and select your shipping speed during your checkout process. 

Refused Shipments:  Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Bani Bands Headbands.  The shipping labels are printed as you have entered at checkout so please check to make sure it is a valid address.

Order Turnaround Times:  Orders are shipped in the order received and within 24-48hrs. We always do our best to get orders out the same day or next day from when the order is placed. 

Backorders:  We do not backorder items. All the items you see and order from the website is a clear reflection of our current inventory. If for any reason, we are out of an item that you ordered, you will be contacted promptly.

Returns:  We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund custom order items or shipping charges. To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow instructions and requirements listed below:

  1. Email Sales@BaniBands.com to ask for return instructions.
  2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the order date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.
  3. No returns will be accepted for sale items, face masks, or gaiters.

Internet Sales:   No Bani Bands can be sold on any website for less than prices quoted on the Bani Bands Headbands website. No Bani Bands products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail.  No Bani Bands products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise. Use of the Bani Bands logo, trademark, or name is prohibited without Bani Bands consent.

Intellectual Property: All products, design elements, packaging, and content created by Bani Bands are property of Bani Bands. By purchasing products through our site, you agree to not copy, reproduce, or infringe on any design elements of any product owned by Bani Bands. Violation of intellectual property rights are grounds for legal action.   

Product Quality:  We stand behind the quality of our products.  Because our products are sewn individual by home sewers, each band is unique and held to a high quality standard. We are happy to replace any bands that do not meet the best quality. Please notify us with a brief description & a picture of the damaged product.
