Policies

Privacy Policy: Bani Bands does not share any email addresses or other information of our customers.  We may on occasion work together with other companies during promotions and in those cases the participating companies share information collected from participating customers.  

Shipping:  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested.  Orders will be shipped from Gardnerville, NV. Shipping charges are based on the estimated weight of your order and shipping location. You are able to approve and select your shipping speed during your checkout process. 

Refused Shipments:  Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Bani Bands Headbands.  The shipping labels are printed as you have entered at checkout so please check to make sure it is a valid address.

Order Turnaround Times:  Orders are shipped in the order received and within 24-48hrs.  We always do our best to get orders out the same day or next day from when the order is placed.  Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.

Backorders:  We do not backorder items. All the items you see and order from the website is a clear reflection of our current inventory. If for any reason, we are out of an item that you ordered, you will be contacted promptly.

Returns:  We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund custom order items or shipping charges.To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow instructions and requirements listed below:

  1. Complete the Return Form that you receive from us once we approve your Return and include the form inside your return package.
  2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the order date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.
  3. No returns will be accepted for sale items.

Internet Sales:   No Bani Bands can be sold on any website for less than prices quoted on the Bani Bands Headbands website.  No Bani Bands products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail.  No Bani Bands products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise. Use of the Bani Bands logo, trademark, or name is prohibited without Bani Bands consent.

Product Quality:  We stand behind the quality of our products.  Because our products are sewn individual by home sewers, each band is unique and held to a high quality standard. We are happy to replace any bands that do not meet the best quality. Please notify us with a brief description & a picture of the damaged product.

Wholesale:  Please contact sales@banibands.com in order to set up a wholesale account with us.  Once you are approved, you will be able to see wholesales prices once you login with your credentials.  

Wholesale Minimum Orders:  There is NO minimum order size or amount.  We wanted to leave this up to you, so order how you’d like!  For the best display, we recommend at least 5 Bands per style/color & at least 50 bands.

Wholesale Restrictions:  No wholesale account may order MLB headbands for resale online.  You may resell in your retail store.  All MLB orders will be reviewed for approval prior to shipping.

Payment Terms:  All orders must be prepaid by credit card unless other terms have been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged before your order is shipped. 

Wholesale Credit Terms:  Bani Bands will consider applications for credit only from companies that have been in business more than one year and pass a credit review process. If you would like to open a credit account, please contact us for the Credit Application. For customers that are granted Net 30 payment terms, the following policies apply:

  1. No shipments will be made to overdue accounts.
  2. Accounts that habitually pay late will be closed and revert to Prepaid only.
  3. All payments will be processed through our Finance company and you will be notified of all payment details when invoiced.

Custom Bands:  We do offer custom Bani Bands in most of our styles. We can apply your logo or text or design a fully customized band with your unique design. These are great for Promotional items, Event Souvenirs, Team support or anything you would like to promote. Custom prices vary based on the style and quantity. Please contact us for more details.

Drop Ship:  Ship direct to your customers with our drop ship option. You are able to send bands to your customers through our Wholesale website. Please make sure to enter Your Company info for the Billing name & address and Your Customer’s name & address for Shipping. If we do not recognize the account, we will not ship.
